Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding bids received for Asphalt Cement, Bid# 15IFB120, to the lowest and best bidder – Martin Asphalt Company with Heartland Asphalt Materials as secondary.

Background

After evaluation the department is recommeding the primary award to go to the lowest bidder Martin Asphalt and the secondary award to go to the second lowest bidder Heartland Asphalt Materials. The bid award is for 12 Months with possible 2 (1) year renewals.
