Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for County Courts At Law.
Background
Prior Fiscal Years Court Appointed Attorney Invoices for Family Cases have been presented in the current fiscal year. They total $65,793.25. A line item transfer is needed in order to pay these bills as the line item also does not have enough funds to pay the estimated expenses for FY 2014. Included in the requested line item transfer is an additional $40,000 to pay for current fiscal year charges. The Other/MH-Court Appointed Attorney line item is also short for the current fiscal year by an estimated $3,500.00.
