Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Courts.

Background

In the area of Family Cases prior fiscal years bills have been presented in the current fiscal year for payment. The total amount outstanding is $101,306.50. It is estimated presently that the current fiscal year obligations will not expend everything budgeted so the Family Cases-Court Appointed Attorney Line Item has enough money to pay a portion of these obligations and a line item transfer from the Criminal Cases-Court Appointed Attorney Line Item is estimated to be able to cover the balance.
