Consider approving Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $82,137.57 for CR 170, a Road Bond project in Precinct 4. 
Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for escalated unit prices associated with the delayed issuance of Notice to Proceed. This Change Order also revises the quantities for concrete and asphalt driveway items to match existing conditions and comply with right-of-way contracts and acceptable driveway grades for tie-ins and transitions to parking and private facilities.
