Consider approving Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $170,649.80 for Ronald Reagan Blvd. North Phase IV, a Road Bond project in Precinct Three.

Background

This Change Order adds a new Contract item for additional signage, adds a Force Account item to pay for modifications to the curve radii of the CR 239 north tie-in, and adds a new Contract item to pay of two recessed gates that were needed to fit field conditions. This Change Order also revises the plan quantity for driveway and driveway culvert pipe items.
