Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a First Amended Interlocal Agreement for County Facility (Fee Waiver ILA Amendment) between the City of Georgetown and Williamson County.

Background

The City of Georgetown and the county currently have an agreement wherein the city has agreed to waive up to $200,000 in city fees related to the county's construction of a county facility. The existing agreement has a five year term and the city has agreed to extend the term for an additional 10 years. By this amendment, the agreement will not terminate until December 17, 2024.
