Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding receipt of termination notice from George R Bell for Residential Lease located at 9769 Hwy 29 W, Georgetown, Texas 78628, including but not limited to authorization to pursue all available options for re-lease of same to a new tenant (Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code Ch. 263 or 272).
