Discuss, consider, and take action on the sale and use of fireworks for the July 4, 2014 fireworks season and to provide important safety information to residents.

Background

Annually, Williamson County must evaluate the fire/drought conditions prior to June 15th and take action when necessary to prohibit the sale and use of certain fireworks categorized as "Sticks and Fins". This is also an opportunity to provide firework safety information to residents and remind of locations where the use of fireworks is prohibited.
