Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to request a transfer of 2006 Road Bond per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to transfer $4,500,000.00 from P156 (Non-Departmental) to Ronald Reagan Blvd Phase IV (P196).
Background
The purpose of the transfer covers the settlement on Whitis Tract (Cause#12-0081-CC3) located on Ronald Reagan IV.
