Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding receipt of termination notice of office lease from Kevin Edwards d/b/a Smoking Gun Bail Bonds for Belford Square Suite 103 (310 W. 7th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626), including but not limited to authorization to pursue all available options for re-lease of same to a new tenant (Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code Ch. 263 or 272).

Background

This lease was approved in Court on November 2, 2010 ,with Kevin Edwards for the property at 310 West 7th Street Ste. 103 in Georgetown. The lease was for a 12 month term with 2 (1) year extension options. David Dukes of Auditor's Office and Stanley Springerly in legal reviewed this item.
