Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on transfer of 2006 CO funds in the amount of $265,152.02 from ESOC (P136) to ESOC Radio $84,180.00 and Jail/Courts Radios (P313) $180,972.02. Also, transfer $175,000.00 from Budget Software and $35,689.98 I-procure to Jail/Courts Radios (P313).

Background

The purpose of ESOC Radio project is to maintain communication if network loss occurs at console level. The radio communication must be above 95% consistency to maintain stability of operations. The purpose of Jail/Courts Radio project replaces malfunctioning/disparate UHF 4 channel system with 800 mhz public safety in operable BDA enhanced systems. The jail/courts radio project has a budget set at $391,662.00.
