Background

Santa Rita Ranch South was formerly known as Middle Brook Ranch. This preliminary plat was last revised and re-approved on March 27, 2012. The current revision only includes changes to the eastern portion of the plat (future Sections 11 through 15). A preliminary plat review fee of $8,210 has been collected for the revised portion of this plat. It should also be noted that the existing plat for Section 2 (Middle Brook Ranch) will need to be amended prior to recording Section 13 or Section 14 in order to accommodate the new Lots 61-64.
