Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointment of Juli Word to the CapMetro Board of Directors with a term to become effective July 1, 2014.

Background

Juli Word is a graduate of St. Edward's University and has business experience in banking, accounting and as a budget analyst. Juli managed the accounting for the Central Texas Turnpike project for the Texas Department of Transportation which included segments of SH 130, 45 N, Loop 1 and 45 SE. Currently, Juli is the Business Services Coordinator for the Texas Department of Transportation, Austin District. She and her husband reside in Williamson County in the Avery Ranch Subdivision.
