Background
This is a small, rural, 2-lot subdivision located along the west side of CR 129. Approximately 8 feet of additional
right-of-way is being dedicated as part of this plat. The lienholder's signature is currently being obtained, as this entity is located out of state. This signature will be obtained before the plat can be recorded.
