Consider and take appropriate action on revising the previously approved CDBG 2014-2018 priorities.

Background

On April 8, 2014, Commissioners Court approved the recommended 2014-2018 CDBG priorities. The priorities listed "Increase Access to Affordable Housing" as a low priority. After further review, it is recommended that this priority be identified as a high priority rather than a low priority. This modification does not change the funding recommendation for 2014, but will allow for funding of projects in this category in the future and will eliminate the potential need for a substantial amendment in coming years.
