Discuss, consider and approve the Motorola Change order TX-12I133C-001 under project name WILCO MW Refresh TX in the amount of $274,134.28

Background

The 2014 CIP awarded in the amount of $3,000,000 (Tower CP) combined with remaining balance of the 2008 TAN $1,493,038.00 (P191), afforded the RCS Wireless Communications Department the ability to fulfill the following Emergency Services public safety needs: Partial construction and build out of the Granger Tower site, End of life replacement of 4 tower sites microwave equipment with the addition of 4 additional sites equipped and to be brought into the same microwave network. The final portion of the project is construction of the Cedar Park South #10 tower site. Combined project funding totaling $4,493,038 has already encumbered $4.3 to the above stated project. The remaining balance plus tower maintenance funds from the RCS budget 0507, line item tower maintenance 4545 will cover the anticipated change order to remediate the towers and enable the completion of the microwave project. CIP 2014 will cover $184,299.93 and the RCS will cover the remaining difference of $89,700.07.
