Discuss and consider approving Buie and Co., LLC Work Authorization #1 for Road Bond overall program activities.

Background

This is to allow them to work on misc. overall program activities like our bi-monthly meetings, website, monitor/manage RB phone number/e-mail updated templates, manage stakeholder database, and any other non project specific requests. The work authorization terminates at the end of FY2013 (September 30, 2013) and will have to be re-negotiated at that time.
