Discuss and take appropriate action regarding revisions to Williamson County Compensation Policy.

Background

The Commissioner's Court approved the Williamson County Compensation Policy in July 2012 with an effective date of October 1, 2012. On May 28, 2013, the Court discussed the policy and potential for revision to some provisions of the current policy. This agenda item provides the opportunity for continued discussion as well as review of proposed amendments to the current policy.
