Discuss and take action on the approval for the County Judge to sign the Earth Networks Terms and Conditions document.
Background
Emergency Management wishes to enter into a 1 year contract for service with Earth Networks - Weather Bug to provide access to Streamer RT, a comprehensive weather product to provide radar, special alerting, post event analysis, along with additional tools. This will enhance the capabilities to identify potentially dangerous weather conditions and to collect post event data relevant to damages.
