Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for hosting the 7 on 7 State Championship Football Tournament:

Background

The Southwest Williamson County Regional Park is the host site for the 2013 statewide championship tournament. The quality of play is expected to attract an estimated 15,000 spectators over the three day event (July 11-13.) The City of Round Rock is paying rental fees for this event.
