Consider re-setting date, time and place for public hearings and authorizing the publication of notices of said hearings for the following items:
• adoption of revised subdivision regulations pursuant to Section 232.003 et. seq. of the Texas Local Government Code.
• adoption of revised regulations regarding manufactured home rental communities pursuant to Section 232.007 of the Texas Local Government Code.
• adoption of a Major Thoroughfare Plan, lot frontage widths, and set-backs pursuant to Sections 232.102-232.104 of the Texas Local Government Code.
