Consider approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,131.00 for Asbestos Abatement at the Ischy Property on Ronald Reagan North Blvd. North Phase IV, a Road Bond project in Precinct Three.

Background

This Change Order compensates the Contractor to install temporary plywood flooring in order to abate for asbestos on the property purchased from Ischy (2903 CR 239) for the Reagan North Phase 4 Project. The existing flooring was removed by the property owner as allowed by the right of way agreement after the contract for the asbestos abatement was signed.
