Background

Funds that were requested and believed to be applied to 2011-2012 budget were not applied. Notice of these moneys not being applied to the 2011-2012 budget were not revealed until the end of May this year. Need to transfer money to this line item to cover the budgeted amount of expenditures for the 2012-2013 budget.
