Discuss and consider approving a variance request to Section 3.3.13 of the WCSD for the amended plat for the Beck 11 subdivision - Pct 1
Background
As per Sec 3.3.13 of the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations, all lots of a proposed subdivision must front on a public street. Lots 1A-6A per the attached amended plat drawing do not meet this criteria. The entirety of this plat will be developed at one time. It will function as a uniform commercial development. A manditory owners association has been formed. We draw your attention to Notes 9 and 14 on the amended plat. As per Note 14, access to public streets for Lots 1A-6A is granted per Section 2.1 of the Declaration of Commercial Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements, as recorded in the Public Records of Williamson County as Instrument 2013044692. Maintenance of the access easements is per Section 7. We recommend granting of this variance since access via the access easement and mainanance of the access easement are provided.
