Discuss and take action on the Sales and/or Use of fireworks for this July 4th season.
Background
Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Title 11. Subtitle B. Chapter 352. Subchapter C, each county may elect to restrict the sale and use of "Restricted Fireworks" as defined by 49 C.F.R. Sec. 173.100(r) (2) (10-1-86 edition), as "skyrockets with sticks" and "missles with fins".
