Discuss and take appropriate action on approving a modification to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Williamson County. There is no cost to the County for this modification.
Background
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance for CLIN 0003 Cost of Transportation for the T. Don Hutto Residential Center through April 30, 2013.
