Consider acknowledging extension of Merchant Credit Card Services with Certified Payments No. 1 , Ltd (09WCP802) from June 4, 2013 to August 31, 2013.

Background

Because of the need to get additional feed back from all the various departments, the consideration for the mandated electronic filling and for Kiosk options, it is necessary to extend the current contract until August 31st to allow ample time to release a new proposal and review applicants.
