Discuss and take action on the approval of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Williamson County and Cities Health District and Williamson County and for Williamson County authorizing the County Judge to sign the agreement, and to authorize the corresponding match for video teleconference equipment.

Background

The Williamson County and Cities Health District was awarded a grant to provide video teleconference equipment to Williamson County and select jurisdictions. Additional jurisdictions will be provided PC software and cameras for connectivity to the system. The equipment required a 10% match to be covered by the jurisdictions. Williamson County is providing the match for 3 systems, addtional PC licences and camera systems. (1-ESOC, 1-WCSO, 1-WCCHD (mobile unit for IMT feild deployment or local use).
