To discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Elections Department.

Background

In January we changed the classification of two part-time staff members. One changed from P/T Salaries < 20 hrs/wk to P/T Salaries 20-30 hrs/wk because she had been consistently working over 20 hrs per week on a regular basis for a few years. The second part-time staff person scheduled to work in the Elections Warehouse was consistently working more than 20-30 hours per week. Formerly, her budget line was Election Judges/Clerks. I made adjustments to next year's budget to accommodate the change in how those staff expense to 1101.
