Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bids 12WCA001 HVAC Services with Aspen Air Inc., 11WCA016 Hygiene Products with ICS Jail Supplies, Inc., 11WCA030 Medical Grade Oxygen for EMS with Round Rock Welding Supply, 12WCA015 Fuel Card Program with Texas Fleet Fuel, Ltd., and Proposal 12WCAP113 Electric Home Monitoring Service with Satellite Tracking of People, LLC, beginning October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.

Background

All contracts will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per bid/proposal specifications. These bids are tied to the CPI for March of 2012 which was publicized as 2.7%. It is our recommendation to extend these contracts as bidding them out at this time may likely result in price increases for these commodities.
