Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the All County Courts Budget

Background

The court apptd attorney line item was broken out for the first time this year into "Family Cases", "Misdemeanor Cases" and "Other/MH Cases". We are still in the process of trying to figure out correct allocations. The "Other/MH Cases" is running short and this transfer will cover one outstanding invoice in the amount of $2547.50 as well as future invoices.
