Consider approving the closing of Fox Hollow Ct. on July 4, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. for a children’s parade and consider loaning 2 barricades a 6 cones from Road & Bridge.

Background

The residents that live on the cul-de-sac, Fox Hollow Court, have been closing it off on July 4th every year for the past several years to have a very small kids parade from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. This request has been approved in the past with no complications. EMS, Communications, Sheriff's Department, Road and Bridge as well as the county engineer have all reviewed this closure and are okay with it.

They would also like to borrow 2 barricades and 6 cones.

They have notified all the neighbors that live on the cul-de-sac.
