Discuss and take appropriate action on approving a modification to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Williamson County.  There is no cost to the County for this modification. 
Background
The purpose of this modification is to create CLINS 0004, 0005 and 0006 in reference to the Equitable Adjustment for Detention, Stationary Guard Service and Transportation Cost.  The period of performance for this funding is through 3/31/2012.  The total amount funded on this this order has increased from $11,985,352.13 to $12,260,396.32.  This modification increases revenue for services being provided at the facility.
