Discuss and take appropriate action on an information release contract between the Texas Workforce Commission and Williamson county with respect to the use of information obtained by the Williamson County Constable Precinct Two from the Texas Workforce Commission.
Background
This agreement has been reviewed by Hal Hawes and Bob Space in Purchasing. This agreement with the Texas Workforce will provide the Precinct Two Constable's office with current information on employment, location and status of those needing to be served papers, or warrants.
