Consider approving Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $12,324.24 for O'Connor Drive, a Road Bond project in Precinct One.
Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for the addition of asphalt driveways to the project as a result of right-of-way acquisition, replaces landscape pavers in the center median with concrete rip rap which, adds metal beam guard fence length to two locations on the project, and documents the final rip rap quantities.
