BE IT REMEMBERED that at 1:35 P.M. on TUESDAY, JUNE 29, 2010, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

1. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning the Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) Budget and Williamson County participation.
  The following addressed the Court:
