43. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Birkman stated (at the beginning of the meeting) that Commissioner Covey was absent from court due to being chosen as the county’s representative to give invited testimony before the Texas Senate Committee on Transportation and Homeland Security on the Texas Department of Transportation’s environmental review process in Amarillo.

Judge Gattis commented there will be no Court on July 6, 2010.

Commissioner Morrison reminded the Court that Williamson County will host an Open House for the Master Recycle Plan from 4 to 7 P.M. on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at the Hutto Middle School.
