Discuss and consider approval of a form agreement that will serve as a three party agreement between, Williamson County, Round Rock Area Arts Council and an artist regarding art work that will be displayed, from time to time, at the J.B. & Hallie Jester Williamson County Annex at 1801 E. Old Settler’s Blvd., Round Rock and authorize the County Judge to sign the individual agreements as appropriate.

31. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Birkman thanked the U.S. Submarine Veterans Association Central Texas Chapter for inviting her to speak yesterday at the Memorial Day Event at Round Rock Memorial Park.

Judge Gattis commented that the communities in this county do a great job in having these kind of events.
