Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the DA
Background
District Attorneys office is requesting a line item transfer to the Transcript line item. Due to an increased amount of hearings in felong court and felong trials set in the coming few months, as well as an upcoming Capital Murder case we areexperiencing a larger than average increase in the need for transcripts that are required for these particular cases.
