Discuss and take appropriate action on abandoning and vacating a portion of County Road 268.

Background

There is a small strip of land alone County Road 268 that is ROW which is no longer required after the realignment of the roadway. The property owners have requested that the small portion of land be abandoned so they can replace their fence and gate alone County Road 268. Joe England has reviewed the request and has no objections.
