Discuss and take action on adopting a Williamson County Strategic Financial Plan.

Background

Attached for your review is a Strategic Financial Plan. This plan has been reviewed by our Financial Advisors (Specialized Public Finance -- Dan Wegmiller) and their input has been incorporated, as well as input from Commissioners from the June 1st Commissioners' Court. The purpose is to communicate to our Financial Analysts (ex: Standard and Poor's) that Williamson County adheres to best practices in its fiscal policies. The attached document was emailed to Commissioners for comments after discussions by Court on June 1st.
