NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC JOINT MEETING OF THE WCCHD AND THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT JUNE 29TH, 2010 1:30 P.M.


					The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas and members of the Williamson County Cities and Health Distrist will meet in special session in the Jester Annex Community Room, 1801 East Old Settlers Blvd., in Round Rock, Texas to consider the following items:

					1. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning the WCCHD Budget and Williamson County participation.

					2. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning legal support for WCCHD activities - policy and enforcement.

					3. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning working relationship with Lone Star Circle of Care and indigent health care issues.

					4. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning floodplain and or OSSF delegation and duties.

					5. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning WCCHD staff and Williamson County staff interaction.

					6. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning public outreach (edcation and emergencies).

					7. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning countywide municipal financial and other participation in WCCHD.

					8. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning current and future countywide health issues and WCCHD mission.

					9. Comments from Commissioners.
