Discuss and take action on road closure for July 4th on Aquamarine Drive.  To provide additional safety for children attending the block party between 3608 and 3600 Aquamarine Drive.  All 3 resident/owners support this closure.  No driveways to any other residences will be blocked as a result of this closure.  Alternate routes to other parts of the neighborhood are available.  This will be approximately 240 feet of Aquamarine Drive.  Expected head count is 50.

  Commissioner Long commented that she is working diligently in Liberty Hill concerning neighborhood wells that have gone dry. It is a drastic situation and TCEQ has not responded to their concerns.  The quick fix would be to get Chisholm Trail SUD to agree to lay an emergency line above ground that would connect to the line on Hwy 214. However TCEQ would have to take action for this to happen.

Commissioner Birkman asked if there would be a quorum for the meeting next week because she will be gone.  There will be a quorum.

Commissioner Covey commented that water was found in at Berry Springs Park and the lake is filling up.
