Public Hearing with respect to the financing for AirBorn, Inc. and the issuance by the San Gabriel Industrial Development Corporation of its revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $8,000,000 to finance the acquisition and construction of up to a 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility, including the acquisition of land, for AirBorn, Inc. and to pay a portion of the costs of issuance of such revenue bonds.
