Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the County.

5. Consider and take appropriate action on closing the 100 block of Hoxie Street (in front of the Coupland Inn and Dance Hall) in downtown Coupland, Texas, on June 7, 2008,  from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. for the Coupland Inn and Dance Hall Customer Appreciation Day.

11. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Utility Easement Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Georgetown in relation to the Georgetown ISD waterpipe.

28. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Birkman congratulated Commissioner Covey on her son being the Salutatorian, chosen from over 600 students at Georgetown High School. She commented that she and Commissioner Covey attended the funeral yesterday for Jason Feeney, an EMS worker for the County and asked that the Court keep the Feeney family in their prayers.

Commissioner Covey thanked Commissioner Birkman and said the graduation was in the new Georgetown High School Stadium.  She noted that there was a great discussion today in Court.

Judge Gattis stated that he appreciated the discussion today.
