The proposed easement and right or way will replace the current single phase electrical service to the Williamson County Landfill and provide three phase electrical service in its place. Three phase electrical service is needed to power the soon to be expanded gas collection system as well as to provide power to two pilot recycling projects at the landfill. The current single phase electrical service does not provide enough service to power these items. Waste Management is paying the costs associated with obtaining the said three phase electrical service. |
