Commissioners Court - Regular Session

Consider authorizing Project Budget Transfer of 2006 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager.  Move a total amount of 792,039.07 P180 Right of Way distributed to the following projects: P157 $130,523.26, P175 $51,515.81, and P183 $610,000.00 with accordance to right of way expenses that occurred between December 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008.

Attached is the spreadsheet of the expenditures and check requests that occurred between December 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008 for right of way expenses.  A separate project number (P180) and $15 million dollars were created to initially set aside for right of way expenditures.  For accounting purposes, periodically the expenditures as well as the funds need to be reclassed and moved to the proper project.
