Consider approving Hike and Bike trail easement with Waterstone Development for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail.

Background

Waterstone Development is allowing the County to construct the Brushy Creek Regional Trail on property approaching the railroad bridge on Brushy Creek. A Hike & Bike trail bridge will be over Brushy Creek will be located on this property. Hal Hawes has reviewed the agreement. There is no cost to the easement.
