The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the Service Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. 351 et seq., Title 29, Part 4 Labor Standards for Federal Service Contracts clause into the Intergovernmental Service Agreement between Williamson County and Immigration Customs and Enforcement. This modification will set the prevailing Wage Determination for Williamson County's subcontractor, Corrections Corporation of America and require that said subcontractor pay its employees and sub-subcontracts rates based on such prevailing wage determination. |
