Consider approving payment to Texas Custom Signs for signs for Lake Creek trail.

Background

Signs were made to fullfil an obligation to the Town & Country Youth Optimist to post rules signs on their property. T & C allowed the county's trail on their property. T & C staff initiallized the sign production without the park staff getting a purchase order.
